My son loves those wasabe green peas snacks. So I often buy them for him. However, for some reason, those in this pack is far too spicy. So I made them into Chinese New Year cookies. I added some wasabe to the cookies to make them more ‘potent’. They are nice and fragrant. One of my favourites.
200g green pea flour (or grind and sieve snack green peas)
150g plain flour
150g cooking oil
130g icing sugar
50g corn starch
1 teaspoon wasabe powder
- Mix everything in a blender until it comes to a dough.
- Shape each cookie from 1/2 teaspoon of dough.
- Put the tray into an oven at 180C, for 12 minutes.
